This is what my front cover looks like so far, i am going to get feedback and look for some different ideas to improve it so it fits with my genre in a better way.
Some of the things i may change on my front cover is, the logo and mastehead. I had to edit some parts of it, so it would fit with the black background, else some parts of the logo did not show up. Another thing i may change is the name and the colour at the bottom of the page. I am also going to add a second name when i think of one that i think fits with a rock chick theme.
I like your front cover Hannah. Striking image really makes the page, but I think we do need to work on that logo which isn't standing out enough and is looking a bit stretched(I'll look at the file). I also think that the 'Violet' needs to stand out more as it is your primary selling feature (USP). I love the font but think maybe a bright pink slash behind it might bring it to life (you would need to drop shadow or glow the font if you put a background in). Also, is the pink colour of the logo used anywhere else on the page? You could use that as an 'exclusive' background colour? Have a play around at home and see what you think.
